These Terms and Conditions (AGB) govern all contractual relationships between KFZ Dienstleistung Dzengan and its customers. By placing an order or using our services, the customer accepts these terms.
1. Subject of the contract
KFZ Dienstleistung Dzenganprovides vehicle maintenance and repair services, as well as the sale of products through the online shop. Product and service descriptions on the website are for reference only and are not legally binding offers.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The customer’s order constitutes an offer to conclude a contract. KFZ Dienstleistung Dzengan accepts the order via email confirmation or product delivery.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in EUR and include VAT according to German law. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card. Payment must be made in full before delivery unless agreed otherwise.
4. Delivery and delivery times
Ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed beforehand.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. For more details, see the “Rückgabe / Returns” section.
6. Warranty and liability
Legal provisions regarding warranty and liability for defects apply. KFZ Dienstleistung Dzengan is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
All contracts are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of KFZ Dienstleistung Dzengan, if the customer is a business or has no residence in Germany.
