Our customers have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason, in accordance with German consumer protection law.
1. Right of withdrawal
You may cancel the contract within 14 days by sending a clear statement (email, letter, return form). The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the goods.
2. Effects of withdrawal
After receiving the withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the order, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Returning products
Returned products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and properly packaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Exceptions
Customized or perishable products cannot be returned according to German law.
